Any dissatisfaction with your current PPE? Yes – I can’t get a good seal,
makes me stuffy, breaks down skin on my nose and fogging of my glasses.
My loupes don’t sit right with the N95s with the bar on the nose.
Your expectations for fit and comfort?
That it gives me a good seal and is
comfortable to wear. Need to wear in OR for 4-10 hours at a time. Needs to
be comfortable - not hot, not stuffy.
Describe the breathability of the Avery Mask while you are:
Standing still or sitting.
Very comfortable. Don’t even know that it is on.
During moderate activity. Excellent! No nasal congestion/no sore throat.
How does this compare to the PPE you typically wear?
Much better. No
stuffiness, No nose breakdown, great seal. My loupes fit perfectly with this
mask.
What are your overall impressions of the mask?
Outstanding mask and the
only mask I can wear in the OR for extended periods of time.
